Rename FlowFuse Assistant and related references to FlowFuse Expert

Description

This pull request updates all references in blogs, screenshots, Node-RED documentation, and the FlowFuse handbook from “FlowFuse Assistant” to “FlowFuse Expert,” in line with the discussion in the referenced Slack thread.
