@PabloFilomeno83 I’d recommend using a calendar to schedule meetings during ProveIt, rather than linking to the contact page, since the copy and CTA suggest that’s what users will be able to do.

Yes. I was thinking to create/use a specific calendar for these days. Let's see what options do we have tomorrow.

@Yndira-E I've created a ROUND ROBIN MEETING SCHEDULER that only schedules in-person meetings during the event week and is linked to @ZJvandeWeg, @MichaelBDavis Omar's and Drew's calendars. ZJ and Michael are you OK with this?
