Remove Eleventy Edge and A/B Testing Support

Description

Suggested by ZJ and triggered by this error, this PR removes all Eleventy Edge-related code, configuration, and dependencies from the project. As a result, A/B testing functionality is no longer available. In practice, A/B tests have not been working correctly for some time, and we have not been actively running any experiments.

This change simplifies the codebase, reduces maintenance overhead, and eliminates unused dependencies. The country edge function remains in place for cookie consent and compliance, but all other edge functions and related logic have been removed to streamline the deployment and avoid confusion.
