Two new option to shuffle the ToFR fiends scripts (not chaos) only and to shuffle only the overworld fiends scripts.
Confirm that this works with the alt fiends as well.

…re … (FiendsOfTheElements#1121) * Thief Hit% buff feature has been expanded to give flag crafters more fine tuned control. The Red Mage now also has hit % options and thus can be made into a viable melee, or nerfed to have the melee capablilities of the wm and bm. * Cleanup of the feature. The tooltip image is still waiting for an artist to redo.
