Make HoodIOInputs fields public to match IO pattern

The HoodIOInputs class had package-private fields, inconsistent with all other *IOInputs classes which use public fields for AdvantageKit's @AutoLog annotation.

Changes

• Added public modifier to all fields in HoodIOInputs
