Explanation of Change

There was a known memory issue in Safari that caused infinite loading or crash when converting heic files in heic-to library which was resolved in v1.11.14.

Precondition:

• Have a heic file saved in your device, can get one by Sharing a Photo from Photos app > Export Unmodified Original > Saving to iCloud Drive or use https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pi5if4sy6Ax0p4AtmkPxo_RmtZUhkxOG/view

1. Launch NewDot on Safari on a lower RAM device like the 12 mini, iPhone 13, 11
2. Tap on FAB and select Create Expense
3. Tap on Scan tab > Upload file > Choose Files option (important, Photo Library or Take Photo options can't reproduce)
4. Select an HEIC file
5. Verify app neither crashes nor loads infinitely
