Key updates:

Combined the two CLI tutorials as discussed; added and clarified missing pieces (e.g., noting that the working directory selects the cluster, and spelling out key steps previously shown only in videos). Both videos are referenced with appropriate comments

Added expand sections for case-specific larger files

Kept the previously created permalink file as a failsafe against any expand formatting issues; the reference can be easily commented out and the file removed if deemed unnecessary

Added an alternative run.sh that is easier to understand and adapt to user needs; the original run.sh remains available in section 4.2

Updated TOC/overview to reflect the new tutorial structure

Updated remote connection documentation
