|👷 | Hard Fork | A type of protocol upgrade that loosens or removes rules and if all users upgrade, the fork doesn’t create a blockchain fork. In Bitcoin, some argue that unless all users upgrade, the protocol shouldn’t be called a hard fork and should create a new cryptocurrency or fork coin. |
