- Renamed from 'Optimization from Emailed Data Protocol' to 'Optimization Protocol'
- Made protocol more general and guidance-focused rather than prescriptive
- Emphasized using best judgment and adapting to available data
- Replaced rigid HTML template with flexible style guide
- Provided component examples instead of full template
- Maintained Elcano brand colors and styling principles
- Added clear sending instructions for HTML emails
