Summary

  • collapse the Containerfile to a single stage that retains Go and installs necessary build tooling
  • ensure crush is built in-place and add Python/libffi development dependencies to support pip builds
  • update AGENTS.md to describe the simplified single-stage container approach

  • not run (container-only changes)
