Hello! I’m Alade Morufat Lamidi, a graduate of Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University and a certified Frontend Engineer from devCareers. I specialize in building fast, seamless, visually engaging and functional websites that captivate users and deliver results.

Currently, I am advancing my skills through a Software Engineering Fellowship with Tech4Dev, where I work on diverse projects that challenge me to grow beyond my comfort zone.

Alongside my technical journey, I developed a strong interest in the business side of technology. This inspired my decision to pursue a Master’s in International Business in the United Kingdom as my long-term goal is to become a Technical Project Manager; a professional who understands both the technical requirements of building products and the business strategies needed to align those solutions with organizational goals and global market needs.

A product is only successful when it solves real business problems, adapts to global markets, and creates measurable impact. By studying International Business, I am equipping myself with advanced knowledge in strategy, international trade, governance, and sustainable practices that will help me bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

During my DevCareers Bootcamp, I had the opportunity to serve as the Assistant Lead for a capstone project. In this role, I:

• Facilitated team communication and collaboration.
• Managed the project timeline to ensure timely delivery.
• Presented our project to our mentor and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Led the frontend team and actively contributed to the codebase and guiding implementation.
• The project was highly successful, placing top 15 out of 52 teams, and received positive feedback for its quality and functionality.

After completing my DevCareers Bootcamp, I’ve been actively working on real-world projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions.

• Developed and maintained pixel-perfect, responsive web applications following modern design principles.
• Built and deployed a high-performance web application, including a customer web app and admin dashboard, using React, Vite, Framer Motion, Swiper.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Optimized user interfaces to enhance performance and usability across multiple devices.
