adds references to even more hidden and new functions/commands:
FirePlayerWeapon(#) - set to 1 to force player to fire current weapon
GetWeaponSlotGot(weapon slot) - Returns weapon ID of slot number (1-9)
GetWeaponSlotNoSelect() -- To be documented.
GetObjectCentre(object id) -- returns center of object
GetEntityMarkerMode(e) -- returns marker mode (for lights, zones, checkpoints, etc)
GetLimbPosAng(object number, limb index) -- NEW COMMAND we added in August build but it didnt get a global.lua ref
GetLimbName (e,limbindex) -- this command has been moved closer to similar functions.
GetEntityWeight (e) -- this command has been moved closer to similar functions.
