uses env vars from
.devcontainer/.envfor the validation ci pipeline. avoids unnecessary false positive notifications about "leaked secrets".may be a bad idea, because we still need to set application specific env vars, which are not part of the development setup config in
.devcontainer/.env.if all we need it for is the dev setup, just
cp .env.example .env
