Note: I plan to leave this in "draft" state until I complete work on the ML-BOM guide and I already have some ideas where we may need to use this methodology to communicate specific tags we find in HF model cards such as "languages" (supported), etc. In addition, I want to perhaps document how you should encode
parametersorhyperparametersas key-values (these would be manufacturer defaults published by the manufacture and sometimes encoded in the model impl. or a configuration file (part of the model "package").
