GML v1.0.0 — Covenant Public Edition

🎉 We are proud to announce the public release of GML v1.0.0 — the Goal Modeling Language, maintained by The Covenant Trust.

GML is a declarative grammar for governed, auditable, and explainable automation — spanning institutions, AI systems, and regulated domains.

This release includes:

• 📘 Canonical schema: schema/gml-schema-v1.0.0.json
• ✅ Declarative condition-outcome logic with embedded rationale
• 🔐 Traceability, signing, and audit support
• 🧾 Stewardship policy, changelog, and upgrade rules
• 💡 Example logic (eligibility-check.gml.yaml) and domain-ready structure
