These two scripts are destined to automate and consequently fasten the plotting of the results obtained from the analyses performed by the selection detection programs BayeScan and SelEstim by allowing the user to run the scripts using the shell function 'Rscript' and providing the path to the script to be used the path to the input files and the path to the output files as arguments to the function.
Note: In the Specific case of the SelEstim_plots-R script the possibility to use a map must be enabled by "uncommenting" the code lines that include the 'data_map' argument.
