- also upgraded to a potentially unstable version of open-directory-downloader for testing
- don't provide scans for local IPs (either doesn't work how users think it would or is a security risk) - also don't provide scans for domains without a TLD for the same reason - fix character limit workaround - switch to promise-based fs functions
- without this things won't work like they're supposed to!
- also updated open-directory-downloader
