Sample screenshot. I pitched this in presentations the other day and it seemed like there was some interest. Since, I did the work in with Jupyter/Matplotlib I thought it might be good to capture the work here.

This PR adds an analysis of state historical data. Since, the quality of data and what data can be collected varies from state to state, some exploratory analysis could help answer some questions (e.g., What data has been collected? How does data vary from state to state? How has this changed over time?)
