etURP Version 1.5

This project released both a version 1.0 and 1.5; unfortunately, the release archive labels as the source archive for v1.5 duplicated the built archive and contained no source. Additionally, a SourceForge version control repository was not used, so the only source available was v1.0.

Thus, v1.5 is presently a binary-only release.
