What is the purpose of this change?

Adds a prominent warning to README about forks falsely claiming bclone has been discontinued (e.g., jabiralam7/bclone-continued).

  • Underlined alert section placed at top of README
  • Emphasizes project is actively maintained
  • Warns users to only download from official repository
  • Mentions concerning fork by name without linking (avoids driving traffic)
  • Clarifies forks were created in advance as a preemptive setup to inject malware at a later date

Was the change discussed in an issue or in the forum before?
