It's strange that the integration tests fail because of this openhexa.toolbox.era5.extract module not found

Yes I agree. I'm looking into it. I think that's because we use a tagged version of the openhexa docker environment that doesn't include the new version of the toolbox... |

Dependencies are not needed anymore - they will be included in the latest OpenHEXA docker image.
