Installation

Advanced Netherite is a mod for Minecraft: Java Edition. Mods require a modloader in order to function.

Step 1:

• Download Advanced Netherite for the version of Minecraft you want to play on. You can find...
  • NeoForge versions here!
  • Forge versions here!
  • Fabric versions here!

Step 2:

• Download the modloader you want to use, and run the downloaded installer.
  • Download NeoForge here!
  • Download Forge here!
  • Download Fabric here!
• After installing the modloader, go to the Minecraft Launcher and launch the game using the profile added by the modloader. Run the newly created profile at least once to generate the mods folder.

Fabric users beware: the Fabric version of Advanced Netherite requires Fabric API to be installed as a mod.

Step 3:

• Place the advancednetherite-{mod_loader}-{mod_version}-{mc_version}.jar in your mods folder. The mods folder can be found in the following place(s):
  • Windows: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods
  • MacOS: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods
  • Linux: /home/user/.minecraft/mods

Step 4:

• Launch the game! Make sure you launch the game with the correct profile/installation. And have fun!

Step 5: (optional!)

• Download Just Enough Items (JEI) to view all crafting recipes from within the game.
