This was a weird quirk which made it so that waystones could not be relinked if the name changed. This commit updates the validation logic to ensure this is now possible so that a waystone key's metadata is easy to update.
…waystone Covers an edge case where a nametag could be used even if the waystone already had the name. Now this is no longer possible if the names match.
