docs(integrations): 添加 AnvilCraft-Patchouli 的 Modrinth 和 CurseForge 集成链接

- 增加 CurseForge 上的 AnvilCraft-Patchouli 模组链接
- 保持 GitHub 链接不变，扩展项目的资源来源
- 便于用户快速访问各个平台的项目页面
