Summary

This PR internationalizes views only, building on the existing Internationalization implementation in the system.

What changed

  • Replaced hardcoded user-facing strings with Rails I18n translations
  • Localized placeholders, labels, and buttons with accessibility considerations
  • Updated layouts and partials to support localized content

Why

The Internationalization framework was already in place; this PR applies it to views to ensure user-facing content is properly localized and easier to maintain.

Testing

  • Append ?locale=sw to URLs to verify Swahili translations
  • Append ?locale=fr to URLs to verify French translations

- Replaced hardcoded text with localization using `I18n.t` across views
- Improved accessibility and translated placeholders, labels, and buttons
- Updated layouts and partials for cleaner and more consistent designs
- Enhanced support for multi-language user interfaces
