Update Conference Dates and Sponsors

Changes

  • Conference Dates

    • Updated RubyConf dates to 21st–22nd August in the intro banner.

  • Sponsors

    • Added Ruby Central as a featured sponsor.
    • Removed Shopify from featured sponsors.
    • Ensured sponsors only appear in one section:
