PR: Fix access issue with learning materials in motor admin
Problem: Users were unable to access the LearningMaterial resource through the Motor Admin panel.
Proposed Fix: The issue was resolved by registering the LearningMaterial resource within the Motor configuration. This change makes the resource accessible to users with the appropriate permissions. The functionality of this fix will be confirmed after deployment to the production environment.
