Add new models to bridge.

Add support for new models into the bridge.

• Currently these new models don't support streaming so special exceptions have been made to route calls to the non-streaming endpoint.
• Google API does not support the forward-compatible multimodal OpenAI input format, so google calls need to be modified slightly as they come in.
