Updated the Conda section to bring it more in line with our dependency management guidelines.
Tried to strike a balance between being realistic about people's use of Conda (in terms of creating without
.ymlfiles) and providing good guideance and processes for recording and exporting environment, but also gently nudging towards a better way of working.
