Linear Ticket
[Linear Ticket] GV-25/ Update-dependencies
Description
Updated GradeView dependencies. Additionally, adjusted from Grid2_Legacy to Grid with mui 7.0

Updated multiple outdated dependencies. Adjusted code to reflect newer updates to MUI (GridLegacy component deprecated in MUI v7).
Testing
After each update, I would run the website locally to see if anything broke. I kept track of the specific updates that would break the website and certain updates that I had trouble with.
