BuildGainz is a fitness app that tracks user's real-time steps and calories. It is built with React Native and uses the following technologies:

To install BuildGainz, you will need to have the following installed:
Node.js
React Native
Firebase
Once you have these installed, you can clone the BuildGainz repository and run the following commands:
npm install
npm start
This will start the BuildGainz app in development mode. You can then open the app in your mobile simulator or device.
To use BuildGainz, simply open the app and start tracking your steps and calories. You can also set goals and track your progress towards them. If you want to connect with other users, you can create an account and join the BuildGainz community.
