Bump Version + Additional Features

version: 1.15.0 -> 1.15.1
env:

1. DISCORD_CHANNEL: Channel ID of General Chat (preparation for sticky notes)
2. fix up what is what (server/channel) in .env.example

database:
sendMesssages now has sticky (notNull, boolean) and updated (notNull, timestamp); these 2 were added in preparation for sticky messages

additional:

1. use tab space in places that aren't using tab space
2. minor fixes for import { client } from "@/bot" where discord did not like it when overusing it
3. major security resolved, now you cannot send direct messages to those who you did not speak with before, have them as friends or aren't bots - direct messages are now fully closed.
