Mod Compatibility Update (Pattern Scan)

Thanks to @zofrea1, the mod (DLL only) has been updated to support some mods (e.g. archthrones demo), as well as other versions of the game.

Additionally, the mod now supports plain windowed mode if you don't like borderless. The default FPS in the config file has been lowered to 75.
