Refactor changes to revert back to using a single gRPC connection.
I am unsure about the fx failure, it might be better to get someone from the node team to take a look as it may have been seen before.
I think we can address this in the PR against the node repo.
For now I am pinning to a commit which enables the BlockApi in celestia-app celestiaorg/celestia-app@5138040
