Hello, this is the UCLA IMLS Open Science GitHub. Our goal is to develop and create 14 Open Science Lessons for librarians to use and learn from. These lessons seek to support continued skills development for librarians in open science to effectively provide instruction to new researchers and collaborate with faculty and researchers in science projects using open science practices. In here, you will find these Open Science Lessons in and out of development using the Carpentries Workbench.
In addition to the required report and attachments, we recommend referencing these resources that document infrastructure, evaluation methods, and outputs created under the award:
- 📁 IMLS Tools GitHub Repository: Includes scripts, checklists, and documentation to support lesson development, such as content check scripts, metadata templates, and workbench guides.
- 🌐 Docs Hub: Centralized documentation for the IMLS Open Science Lessons project. Includes evaluation rubrics, submission templates, collaborative lesson development training materials, and resource links.
- 👥 Project Team: Local UCLA-based team members involved in project management, development, and support.
- 📋 Review Committee: Members of the external review committees who evaluated proposals.
- ✍️ Lesson Authors: Contributors who created and developed lesson content.
