test.PyPI release

This contains the code for the initial test.pypi.org release.
It skipped from alpha.3 to beta.6 because test.pypi.org was annoying and i made mistakes...

test.PyPI

This will be released onto PyPI tommorow if there are no issues, with the tag 0.1.0

More features and bugfixes

This release adds logging support through --logging.
It also adds many other stuff i can't remember, i'll get round to making the wiki at some point.
Installer has also been made.
The installer will ask for permission to "change your device", but won't flag as a virus. It requres Nsis
The standalone .exe will flag as a virus and it is frozen python.

Bugfixes and version call.

Use kilt --version to check version.
Example:
C:/Users/Jefaxe/KILT_FOLDER kilt --version
Kilt version is 0.1.1

Initial CLI for modrinth

This is relitively stable. It can do stuff with the Modrinth API.
