Use

This bot politely suggests Redittors to use the correct denomyn "Marathi" instead of "Maharashtrian". See sample screenshot above.

The idea is inspired from the existing SomaliNotSomalianBot.

The username limit in Reddit is 20 characters, so had to name it as MarathiDemonynBot instead of MarathiNotMaharashtrianBot.

Installation

1. Clone the project git clone https://github.com/mukta-strot/MarathiNotMaharashtrianBot.git.
2. cd MarathiNotMaharashtrianBot
3. Install dependencies pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Create a .env file in the root like the .env.example file.
5. python src/marathi-bot.py
