• Academic Capstone Project -- Team Lead
• Directed a 10-person team in developing “Smartess”, a smart home management platform tailored for condominiums and large residential communities, using Next.js.
• Oversaw the design and implementation of a web application enabling property owners to monitor data from smart home “hubs” across multiple units and buildings, streamlining property management and communication.
• Coordinated collaboration between website developers and smart-home hub developers, ensuring integration of real-time monitoring, maintenance requests, and announcements.
