Define handover process between old- and new members #14
Description
As one of the founders I am very happy to see that LaTeX4EI is still alive after soo many years. To keep it this way I think it would make sense to define a handover process to onboard new members (access to emails, etc.).
Opinions? @dariusptrs @emareg @hofbi ?
