Small change for the readGistic function.
I ran into two issues, first, the conf could not be detected (caused probably by the second problem), so I wanted to have the option to add this "manually".
The second issue was, that I ran my Gistic such that it generated a prefix, which all files in the folder shared.
The changes are thus, adding of two variables to the function such that I did not have any issues anymore.
