  • add macros in primitives lib to derive Encode/Decode/serde/AsBytesRef for
    fixed-hash newtypes, plus helpers for Edwards point and ciphertext halves
  • refactor EncKey, SigVerificationKey, RedjubjubSignature, Nonce, GEpoch, left
    and right ciphertexts to use the macros and drop duplicated impl blocks
  • minor cleanup: tighten imports, keep PARAMS init simple, ensure cargo check
    passes for zerochain-primitives
