Add edit summary motion page

This PR adds displaying the details of the application on the motion screen.

Testing ✨

Click "Edit" icon next to the "Incorporation" text. Change something in the form. Confirm changes in the modal. After confirmation you will be redirected to the motions page.
Fetching data from backend in't added on the motion page, so you will not see all motion details. Now data are passed there through the router state to display edit details.

It's marked as a draft because it is waiting for merging this PR first.
