Launching external processes in Ubuntu fullscreen breaks XWindows #154

when I test "hacker terminal" this does launch a browser and opens the AMB web page.
But this locks up my desktop again.
I'm thinking when in fullscreen mode, if you attempt to launch an external application, you might need to (programmatically) switch the ttvg app to windowed mode (or some other mode that supports a fullscreen app launching external applications.) Otherwise, at least on ubuntu, I lose control of my desktop. Then I have to kill the ttvg process manually from a non X Window terminal.

My response to him was:

I just tried on Mac and it works as expected. I'll write an "Issue" for this so I don't forget to test on Windows and see what happens. But the thing to do here might be to just remove or disable those options if you're on Ubuntu and playing fullscreen.
