Doesn't work with Arc browser

Describe the bug

When opening a Slash link (e.g., s/git) in Arc with the browser extension enabled, two tabs are redirected to the target URL. In addition to the newly opened tab, an unrelated existing tab (I believe is randomly selected?) is also unexpectedly redirected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Docker install slash
2. Configure a shortened link in slash, i.e., git -> github.com
3. Install browser extension
4. Use Arc to open the shortened link, i.e., s/git

Expected behavior

No existing tab will be redirected.
