Align with newer CMS Pipelines

While we are not following CMS Pipelines exactly, it is good to adopt their improvements as well.

Latest version I can find is from Version 7 Release 1:
CMS Pipelines User's Guide and Reference

Some of that book is dedicated to z/OS environment. It would be good to move away from VM-isms.

NOTE: Yes, the CMS Pipelines book is Version 7 Release 1 even though z/VM is at 7.3
