[ENH] Special-purpose Normalization scan type #39
Description
Would consist of a run frozen to a single combination of keys, which could be used to normalize other datasets.
Needs:
- Way to create normalization in GUI
- Modified run class where getData always returns same keys
- Easy way to normalize a group of scans
