Conflict with xld-credential-on-host-plugin

A conflict exists between xld-credential-on-host-plugin and xld-apigee-plugin causing the following error when previewing a deploy to Apigee.

I can also reproduce it. In my case, it also happens when I want to undeploy and not only for preview.
