Simple mode for checklists

A user on Reddit suggested that we add a "simple mode" for checklists for advanced users, that would get rid of all the extra details like checklist item location.

This is pretty simple to implement from a UI perspective, but it will require a review of all of the checklists we have currently to make sure they are still usable in this way.
