Scrapers list not showing after updating to 0.4.37 ?

I seem to be having an issue in the gui, the scrapers list seems to be empty after doing an update to xbvr 0.4.37 using the docker container, i don't know if its just an issue with my installation or a larger issue though...

I really want to thank you for all the work you are putting in this tool , splendid work , it is a very nice tool!

Yes , that lists all the scrapers in text format ... the xbvr container is indeed running on a synology nas ds-918...

Thank you very much for looking into this , I am sure the new version will solve this soon ( i guess the new version would not be too far out ? )

If you open http://your-ip-address:9999/api/options/sites in another tab, the Scrapers page should populate. A bugfix has been submitted but meantime use that workaround to make them appear.

Root cause: an async/timing issue where the page tries to display the scrapers before the settings finish loading from the database. On slower devices like NAS's running the docker version, can cause the scraper list to appear empty.

Embarrassing bug, going forward I'Il add an old NAS + docker xbvr to the testing loop to catch these type of issues since they don't seem to crop up with XBVR on bare metal (Windows/Linux/Mac).

This workaround is unfortunately not working for me on Windows 11 with the windows amd64 version.

Same issue here on v0.4.37 and v0.4.38.
Problem present on old, and new install (Windows version).
Still ok on v0.4.36

Same, no scrappers showing in options page anymore with last 2 updates.
