Rebuild bottom up

Hi. I have large assemblies, where i often have rebuild or reference errors. 

What often solves the issues, is to start in the bottom or at the lowest level of each assembly, and the open parts, rebuild, save, open drawing (if any) rebuild, save, close both. 
continue on all parts, and end at top assembly. 

it is on assmebly with 1000-1500 unique components, and i think a max of 4 levels deep.
